Custom Web Apps, Built to Run in Production
MVP timeline
8 to 12 weeks
Stack
React, Node, Postgres/MongoDB
Model
Direct or white-label

What is included

Product and technical scoping
Plan first, build once
Data model, architecture, and a build plan before anyone writes code.

Full-stack build
One team, whole stack
React front end, Node back end, Postgres or MongoDB, REST or GraphQL APIs.

Auth, roles, and billing
Not bolted on later
Multi-tenant accounts, permission layers, and Stripe subscriptions wired properly.

Third-party integrations
APIs that hold up
CRMs, payment providers, mapping, messaging, and whatever API your product depends on.

Infrastructure and deployment
Boring on purpose
Hosting, CI/CD, backups, logging, and monitoring. Set up so it survives your first real traffic.

Handover or ongoing work
No lock-in
Documentation and full repo access. Keep us on, or run it in-house.

Our Process
How it runs
Weeks 1-2

Scope
Requirements, data model, architecture decisions, and a build plan with a fixed scope for phase one.
Weeks 3-8

Build in sprints
Two-week sprints with a working deployment at the end of each one. You use the thing as it grows instead of waiting for a reveal at the end.
Weeks 9-10

Hardening
Load testing, error handling, security review, monitoring, and the unglamorous work that separates a demo from a product.
Week 11+

Launch and iterate
Production deployment, then changes based on what real users actually do.
Rankings survive
We run our own platform,
so we know what breaks.

Fit
Who this is for
Good fit
Founders taking an MVP to market, companies replacing a spreadsheet or legacy internal tool, teams that need a customer portal on top of an existing system, and products that need real engineering rather than a no-code stack.
Not a fit
Brochure websites, and validation-stage ideas where a no-code tool would answer the question for a fraction of the cost. We will say so.
Agencies
We take on full product builds white-label under your brand, or plug senior developers into your existing team.
Good fit
Not a fit
Marketing sites and landing pages
Equity only or revenue share builds
Idea stage with no scope or budget
